The climb...

Feeling much better now...
It's only when you hit rock bottom...then the only way to go... is up....
and now...the climb has begun...

For those who had worries for me... don't worry. I will fall. I will stand up.
It's a part of life....everyone also goes through that day in day out... I'm no different. So...it's really pointless to worry...haha...

But, I do thank you, if you did worry for me... cause...that is when you are concern. I'm thankful for your concern and care.

Been thinking alot these days.... it's a normal routine process. Felt that, I'm not troubled...but rather enlighten.

Learn that the 1st step sometimes is not the hardest... but the consistent steps are more challenging... because you know, you are on your way up. There is a need to build the momentum of your climb.

Climb too fast...you end up panting and feeling more restless to hold on....
Climb too slow...you end up feeling lazy to continue the climb...haha...
Humans are really complicated arent' they....
Then again, life is just as complicated as we allow them to be... :)

Which is why I believe, for different people... there is always a different process...

Important areas to look at:
===========================
1)Goal and Objectives
2)Types of Motivation
3)Types of Process/ Methods use to obtain the goal.
4)Various types of end results

Case 1:
=======
Good Goals/Intention + Wrong Motivation + Wrong Process/Methods = Bad Results

Case 2:
=======
Good Goals/Intention + Right Motivation + Wrong Process/Methods = Dissatisfied Results

Case 3:
========
Good Goals/Intention + Right Motivation + Right Process/Methods = Satisfied Results

***If the Goal in the beginning is bad...then no point la...haha... you also don't intend to set good goals for yourself, meaning not important to motivate or process it...so, no results required.

Even the most purest goal/intention...can be tainted and afflicted if the process used is ruthless, demanding and cruel... thus what is really the expected end result?

Many methods to choose... but need to use it wisely...
Certain times calls for certain methods...
certain times...calls not for certain methods...

This is what I think for now...
