Thank you for being always there for me.
This song just reminds me of you....

Thank you for coming into my life... in a midst of a million of people out there... thank you for touching a piece of my soul and sharing time with me... I would like to say thank you to the one person who came and change my life... if time can be turn back... i wouldn't want to change it any other way... Thank you for making me believe again...

Note to God.... a Beautiful song. :D

If I wrote a Note to God...
I would speak what's in my soul...

I want you to be bless in every way possible.
I would wish that you be safe and sound...
that everything you do... you be well look after...
that success would come to you...
that you know... I love you
and I wish the best for you...

If one good deed can be circulated around... hope it reaches those who really needs it...

Please remember by leann rimes.

Time, sometimes the time just slips away
And your left with yesterday
Left with the memories
I, I ll always think of you and smile
And be happy for the time
I had you with me
Though we go our seperate ways
I won t forget so don t forget
The memories we made

Please remember, please remember
I was there for you
And you were there for me
Please remember, our time together
The time was yours and mine
While we were wild and free
Please remember, please remember me

Goodbye, there s just no sadder word to say
And it s sad to walk away
With just the memories
Who s to know what might have been
We ll leave behind a life and time
We ll never know again

Please remember, please remember
I was there for you
And you were there for me
And remember, please remember me

Please remember, please remember
I was there for you
And you were there for me
Please remember, our time together
The time was yours and mine
While we were wild and free
Then remember, please remember me

And how we laugh and how we smile
And how this world was yours and mine
And how a dream was out of reach
I stood by you, you stood by me
We took each day and made it shine
We wrote our names across the sky
We ride so fast, we ride so free
I had you and you had me

Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose.

It's surprising how much memory is built around things that go unnoticed at the time. ~Barbara Kingsolver

Letting go isn't the same as giving up... I didn't give up. But I realize, I can't hold on to something I never have...

That's when you know.... by Gareth Gates.

For everyone
The story goes
There's a special someone
To make them whole
Someone to give their heart completely

And you may search
High and low
And when you find your angel
And when you know
Then you finally get that feeling
It'll be as clear as the air you're breathing

That's when the world feels small beneath your feet
Its when the stars above are only just out of reach
When you feel you're alive for the very first time
And there's nothing that you can rise above
That's when you know that you're in love

Who can tell the time and place
When you see your soul reflected in their face
It'll be a spell you're under
And it'll hit you just like thunder

That's when the world feels small beneath your feet
It's when the stars above are only just out of reach
When you feel you're alive for the very first time
And when you hold them in your arms and cant let go
That's when you know

For all of my life
I have been searching
For something i couldn't find
But now that i know that you are the one
I understand
I read the signs

Cos now the world feels small beneath my feet
And all the stars above are only just out of reach
When you feel you're alive for the very first time
And there's nothing that you can rise above
That's when you know that your in love

The holiday

This happens to be the 1st Island Trip in 2009.

Day 1: Arrival @Subang Airport.
===============================
Too early and too excited...everyone was hyped up for the trip.
Reach the Merang Jetty around 10.15am and the boat ride was rather slow... only arrive the Island @11.30am....lunch is only served at 12.00pm.

Meet the rest of my cousins and friends and had lunch together. Food was good. The Resort was rather empty as most of the guest will only arrive on the weekends. So, it's like we had the whole place to ourselves... interesting :)

1st Snorkeling session round the island and seen alot of mini trigger fish, some clown fishes, blue and yellow parrot fish. Seen pike fish and baby black tip sharks near the pier. There was a big jellyfish that was wash up shore. Crabs and octopus as well. :)

Quite eventful to have seen those fishes in this trip. Sunblock was slather all over again and again...SPF 50 Banana Boat...the highest SPF we can find :P

Then later there was tea break and towards the evening, we hang out at the beach and some of us sunbath and some continue to snorkel around.

Pictionary challenge was fun. We break into 2 teams and everyone was doing their best to score for the team. Some draw....some acted... some guess...haha... everyone was having a blast...very competitive indeed.

Day 2: Island life began.
===========================
Everyone had a good night sleep after the game and breakfast was served. We break into 2 teams... some of us snorkel out...some of us went for dives. This time, we didn't go out by boat, instead we snorkel out from shore. My sis went with my cousins to snorkel past the cove and luckily they found the boat to take them back shore... else not...it gonna be a long way to swim back.

Got we very worried that day :( Not only was I worried for my sis, but in the island itself - there lies many scary creatures... like the giant monitor lizard, the green gecko, big spiders and slimy tree snakes... ewww.... yuck.

One of those tree dwellers fall on my leg when I was picking up the pink float... :( after that... I was really freaking out. Didn't help the fact, others was really laughing at me...oooo... :(

Evening session, we walk around the beach and walk towards the rocky cliff area, pretty neat and took some pics there. It was really breezy and nice. Sun isn't too hot. :)

Later @nite, we went for karaoke session and some of us went for gin rummy...leng took her set there.

The night was cold and cloudy... didn't manage to see my stars that night.

Day 3: More guest coming to the island.
=======================================
It's a weekend and after breakfast, we can seee more and more guest coming to check in to the island. Okay, it's getting crowded now but it's still fun. Today, we are going to Marine park for snorkeling.

The park itself is pretty crowded during weekends as other resort boats are also there. We saw the ship wreck area and the fishes there are a little bigger (most likely the tourist food).

Today we got some kayaks and we went out to sea again. Lucky day, got to see a really big black tip shark and some bigger trigger fish. Nice! :)

The corals are also more colorful towards the deeper end and it look so peaceful under the sea. We swap kayaks half way and leng got into the water, but we also overturn the kayak a few times... a little shocking...but luckily everything was under control.

Half way snorkeling, i really feel very tired... really no strength to continue on...I headed back to shore and rest. That night, we play more gin rummy and chit chat... the spider in Yinn's room was also a topic we laugh and talk about. Deflating the floats and having girl talk.

The entire trip weather has been great and sunny, luckily for us... it only rain in the night and on the last day when we are leaving the island.

Day 4: Leaving the island life
===============================
Gloomy sunday morning, it was raining heavily and everyone wake up early for breakfast.

On the ferry, everyone was a little drench but we still manage to take group snapshots and laugh our way through. Once we reach the mainland, we headed out to look for the famous Keropok lekor and later went to find lunch around KT (Kuala Terrengganu) chinatown.

Wanted to look for a nice sundress...but the price just ain't right. We walk somemore and went to see snakes and peacocks at the local temple. After that we just chill out at the KT airport. Pretty neat airport as it's still new.

Was really sleepy and slept a bit on the plane...a little uncomfortable as the weather was raining and a little turbulence on air...once we reach back Subang, Jean pick us up and everyone started to depart and bid our farewells.

Another memorable island trip and will definitely plan more future trips again.

Another trigger thought....

"What is the meaning of life?" is a question many people ask themselves at some point during their lives, most in the context "What is the purpose of life?" In variation, these are the more common answers we can get....

...to chase dreams
...to live one's dreams
...to spend it for something that will outlast it
...to matter: to count, to stand for something, to have made some difference that you lived at all
...to expand one's potential in life
...to become the person you've always wanted to be
...to become the best version of yourself
...to seek happiness and flourish
...to be a true authentic human being
...to be able to put the whole of oneself into one's feelings, one's work, one's beliefs
...to follow our destiny
...to submit to our destiny
...to create your own destiny
...to find out the possibilities, since it is possible that the meaning of life is all the meanings listed here, or even multiple meanings rather than just one

The meaning of life is deeply mixed with the philosophical and religious conceptions... yet, without it... can we understand it???

The philosophical perspectives on the meaning of life are those ideologies which explain life in terms of ideals or abstractions defined by humans.

The religious perspectives on the meaning of life are those ideologies which explain life in terms of an implicit purpose not defined by humans.

The point is... everyone gets a chance to determine what outcome of life they want... irregardless you are philosophically guided or religiously guided... The choice is always on yourself, not on what others say or think.

aih... really very free today... until become like this ya? not healthy right...

"加油吧,好人一定有好报"... this voice reminds me to stop feeling just for myself... when one person start to forget themselves, let them be reminded of others around them...

The climb...

Feeling much better now...
It's only when you hit rock bottom...then the only way to go... is up....
and now...the climb has begun...

For those who had worries for me... don't worry. I will fall. I will stand up.
It's a part of life....everyone also goes through that day in day out... I'm no different. So...it's really pointless to worry...haha...

But, I do thank you, if you did worry for me... cause...that is when you are concern. I'm thankful for your concern and care.

Been thinking alot these days.... it's a normal routine process. Felt that, I'm not troubled...but rather enlighten.

Learn that the 1st step sometimes is not the hardest... but the consistent steps are more challenging... because you know, you are on your way up. There is a need to build the momentum of your climb.

Climb too fast...you end up panting and feeling more restless to hold on....
Climb too slow...you end up feeling lazy to continue the climb...haha...
Humans are really complicated arent' they....
Then again, life is just as complicated as we allow them to be... :)

Which is why I believe, for different people... there is always a different process...

Important areas to look at:
===========================
1)Goal and Objectives
2)Types of Motivation
3)Types of Process/ Methods use to obtain the goal.
4)Various types of end results

Case 1:
=======
Good Goals/Intention + Wrong Motivation + Wrong Process/Methods = Bad Results

Case 2:
=======
Good Goals/Intention + Right Motivation + Wrong Process/Methods = Dissatisfied Results

Case 3:
========
Good Goals/Intention + Right Motivation + Right Process/Methods = Satisfied Results

***If the Goal in the beginning is bad...then no point la...haha... you also don't intend to set good goals for yourself, meaning not important to motivate or process it...so, no results required.

Even the most purest goal/intention...can be tainted and afflicted if the process used is ruthless, demanding and cruel... thus what is really the expected end result?

Many methods to choose... but need to use it wisely...
Certain times calls for certain methods...
certain times...calls not for certain methods...

This is what I think for now...
